一键部署脚本下载：start.bat

脚本使用方法

下载后放到你指定的目录，然后双击start.bat运行一键部署脚本，脚本会自动检测你的环境（Python/ffmpeg/PyTorch）和创建并激活虚拟环境，没有的依赖则会自动安装，已安装的会自动跳过。

环境检测完毕将会开始下载模型文件（Qwen3-TTS-12Hz-1.7B-Base）

下载完成后出现以下字样后：

* Running on local URL:  http://127.0.0.1:8000
* To create a public link, set `share=True` in `launch()`.

即可在浏览器输入：http://127.0.0.1:8000/

访问Qwen3 TTS的WebUI页面开始使用了。
